I trained at Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida graduating in the class of 2000.  I have been practicing full-time massage therapy and bodywork since 2001, and have owned my own practice since 2004. I am certified in advanced myofascial bodywork through the highly respected Til Luchau's Advanced Trainings school. I also incorporate sports massage, reflexology, thai massage, ortho-bionomy and prenatal techniques.
I believe in the innate healing power of your body. My goal is for each client to feel increased body awareness, mobility and relaxation.
